Question:     If I needed a collection on the same day is that possible?


Answer:    Yes if you call before 10.a.m and you're on our daily collection route that will be fine.


Question:    How long does it take to have a denture repaired?


Answer:   If we collect from a surgery we strive to repair all dentures for the next working day if needed, but sometimes this is may not be the case if we need new impressions or it is a complex case, for example a chrome needing a lazer welded tag ect. If  a patient is wanting the walk in service we usaualy do this within the hour.


Question:   I do a lot of nightguards for my patients, do you supply care cases and if so how much do they cost?


Answer:   we supply all our clients with ortho cases FREE of charge regardless whether its NHS or PRIVATE .


Question:  If I needed some advice would I be able to speak to a technician?


Answer:   All our telephone calls are answered by GDC registered technicians that can help with your enquirey straight away.


Question:    Am I able to send video and pictures of cases to help with progress?


Answer:   Yes, you can send via email or on request you may have our whatsapp details.


Question:  Occasionally a patient might need their teeth in a hurry, are you able to do this or are your turnaround times fixed?


Answer:   We understand that all patient's needs are different and can be pushed for time, so we're here to help  in emergencies. Please call and our team will be more than happy to help .
